How do I edit my fundraiser?

To edit your fundraiser, log in to your Account> click Fundraiser> click Edit> scroll up or down on the right side of the Fundraiser page to edit the desired information> click Save Changes.

All transfers go through a five day hold by the banks.

48 hours.

How to I enable/disable recurring donations?

Log in to your Account> click Fundraisers>select desired Fundraiser> click Edit> scroll down to Payment Set Up> click on the desired Recurrence payment option(s)> click Save Changes

Account Management
Log in to your Account> click Settings> click Team> click Add Team Member.You can also delete members of your team from this menu and edit their Permissions.
Log in to your Account> click Settings> click Team> click Add Team Member> add the team member or members that you would like to have access to your Account. You can also delete members of your team from this menu and edit their Permissions.
If you are unable to login, go to portal.givesync.com > click on Reset Password > enter your email address > check email for password reset link

If you are able to login and just want to change password, login to your account > click Settings > click My Account > click Update Password
Manage Money
To add a new Bank Account, log in to your Account> click Manage Money> click Bank Accounts> click Add Bank Account> select to either Add Bank Account With Plaid or Manually Add Bank Account and folow the steps. For faster approval choose to add Bank Account with Plaid.
To view transaction history, log in to your Account> click Manage Money> scroll down on the Manage Money Page to view transactions. To search for a specific transaction, log in to your Account> click Manage Money> click the Magnifying Glass> type in the name of the donor and press Return. To check the transactions of specific Fundraisers/Events/Membership/Sweepstakes, log in to your Account>click desired Fundraisers/Events/Memberships/Sweepstakes> scroll down and click View All Purchases.
Log in to your Account> click Settings> click Business Details> click Documents> click Drop Files Here> choose desired File and click Upload.
Customers
Log in to your Account> click Customers> scroll to desired donor and click the arrow on the left side of their name to see all donor information.
Log in to your Account> click Customers > click Download Report (top right)
